To initiate services and secure academic processing, clients are required to pay a token amount as per Glomont NextGen’s internal policy.
Glomont NextGen charges a service or seat booking amount (as communicated at the time of enrollment) to reserve academic slots with partner universities or service teams.
In case of cancellation or modification by the client, the following conditions apply:
Glomont NextGen reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including unforeseen events or genuine hardships. Approval of such requests remains solely at the discretion of management.
